Elson & Company, founded in 1997 in San Francisco by Diane Elson Bankoff, was created with the vision of fusing the finest quality hand-knotted Tibetan carpets with the endless possibilities of sophisticated design. The weavers with whom the team works in Kathmandu are masters of the traditional weaving techniques and transform the finest high-altitude Himalayan wool into gorgeous, colorful, and long-lasting carpets.
