Introducing Brier & Byrd

I couldn't be more thrilled to share that we are now representing BRIER & BYRD’s collection of painterly wallpapers. They are pure joy, and these designs are sure to add so much character to your walls. Interior designer, Georgia Tapert Howe, and artist, Lia Burke Libaire are the creative duo behind Brier & Byrd. Below we are highlighting a few favorites but being that I dream of living in both of their hometowns, I thought it would be a fun time to mix in a quick little “Life Q & A.” The Brier & Byrd papers are now viewable on our site. Happy sample shopping to all of my wallpaper loving friends, and cheers to an upcoming LA or Charleston visit too!

Terracotta vessels available at LA's Nickey Kehoe shop

Nickey Kehoe, Panopolie, Hollywood at Home and Kneeland Co. I know that's 4 but they're all so good!

Favorite LA restaurant?
Hard to choose but probably Osteria La Buca is my favorite local Italian spot.

Favorite place to visit when you are in Charleston visiting Lia?
I'm embarrassed to admit it but I have not been to Charleston! I'm planning a trip though and will make Lia take me to all her favorite spots. Top of my list is a walk in the south of Broad neighborhoods, Nathaniel Russell House, Urban Electric, and I want to see all that Spanish moss I've seen photos of.

Do you have a favorite pattern and colorway from the collection?
Artichoke is definitely my favorite pattern and right now I'm loving the Mauve colorway.
